The oldest international fellowship award in the world, Rhodes Scholarships provide support to 32 American students each year to pursue a graduate degree at Oxford University in the United Kingdom. Rhodes Scholars are chosen for their outstanding academic achievements, their character, their potential for leadership, and their commitment to others and to the common good. Award: tuition and university fees, round-trip airfare, monthly stipend of approximately $1,600 Deadline: early October of each year
